Approaches to the Courses

“They (the believers) devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer.” Acts 2:24 (NIV)
“Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.” 2 Timothy 2:15 (NIV)

Approaches Taken here

There are many approaches to the courses we suggest, and most are employed in one way or another. It is good to mix it up a bit to stop people getting bored, and all these methods are perfectly valid, so why not try them all.

Different approaches within groups

· Bible Book Verse-by-verse study (Bible-mining, Precept studies, etc)

· Bible book study using notes (e.g. Book of James, Revelation, Romans, Genesis, etc.)

· Topic Study (Prayer, Christian History, Warfare, etc.)

· Character Study (Jesus, King David, The Holy Spirit, Esther, etc.)
